THE EXHIBEETION. I FIORI DEL MULINO
Discovering the beauty of biodiversity through the eyes of a bee
The Exhibeetion is an immersive experience narrated directly by one of its protagonists, the bee; the little insect, through its eyes and its voice (played by Chiara Leoncini), guides visitors on a spectacular journey through the fields in bloom, to discover the beauty of biodiversity.
The photos shot by farmers who have joined the Mulino Bianco Charter and the photo contest “I Fiori del Mulino” merge with the author’s vision on flowers and bees by Simone Bramante (aka Brahmino) and the point of view bees themselves, thanks to an immersive experience created by Karmachina.
The idea for the exhibition was born thinking about the way in which the little pollinator sees the world, the nature where it lives and the humans who inhabit it. Few people know, in fact, that every bee has five eyes and has a spectrogram capable of displaying four colors with all its shades: yellow (orange, green, yellowish), bluish green, blue and ultraviolet. All this shows us The Exhibeetion.
The experience, conceived by Viceversa Studio and produced by Basement HQ, is accompanied by the original music by Emiliano Bagnato and made also accessible to deaf people.
